Terms of Service - Apan Mithila Foundation

Welcome to Apan Mithila Foundation. By accessing or using our official website (http://localhost/apan%20mithila%20foundation/), donating, registering as a digital member, or enrolling in our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. NGO Governance & Mandate

Apan Mithila Foundation is an incorporated Not-for-Profit organization (CIN: U88900BR2026NPL081895) dedicated to cultural preservation, women empowerment, organic Makhana agriculture, rural youth skill development, and community welfare across Bihar, India.

2. Voluntary Online Donations & 80G Tax Exemption

  • All contributions and donations made to Apan Mithila Foundation are voluntary grants towards non-profit charitable activities.
  • Donors donating ₹500 and above are eligible for 50% Tax Deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors must provide a valid PAN card number to claim 80G benefits.
  • Official 80G receipts with cryptographic verification hashes will be dispatched automatically to your registered email address.

3. Digital Membership & Authority Cards

  • Digital Membership IDs issued to Master Artists, State/District/Block Coordinators, Employees, and Members remain the intellectual property of Apan Mithila Foundation.
  • Unauthorized duplication, alteration, or misuse of NGO credentials for illegal financial gain will result in immediate termination and legal prosecution under the Indian Penal Code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Madhubani artworks, project documentation, photographs, logo designs, and website media belong exclusively to Apan Mithila Foundation. Unauthorized commercial reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Purnea / Patna, Bihar.
